Presenter Paul Murton takes us on a journey through history to discover why we are not familiar with Henry Fredrick Stuart – the forgotten Scottish prince and perhaps the Best King We Never Had.

This documentary investigates the history of this royal prince (who started the British Museum and Royal Collection).

Various members of the Arteus Team worked on this Tern TV documentary, as well as online and offline edit, sound dub, VO and deliverables, our graphics guru Nick designed and printed a set of medieval playing cards that feature in the programme.

From a reference image of a medieval painting, he then painstakingly created various paintings and figures in that style from scratch, using Adobe After Effects. Before then using the software to animate sequences featuring the cards, as well as getting a physical copy printed up for use in filming.
