School is back in session, as the ITV Studios production for CBBC, returned to our screens this week.

Arteus' online editors worked alongside the talented tele-making team, with our edit suites becoming a bizarre version of summer school over the holidays.

Our Graphics team created over 150 on-screen assets making maps, flags, shapes and games for the 15 episodes - as well as all the usual VFX that were added as the production took shape back in our suites.

The third series of this much-loved children's quiz show continues the search for Britain's Smartest school. Comedian Susan Calman (who is about to take to the dancefloor in Strictly Come Dancing) resumes her role as quizmaster, putting panels of pupils to the test in this fast-paced, knock-out battle of braininess.

Team Arteus also got the chance to visit the studio to film some “Behind-the-Scenes” videos to accompany the series. Always good to get out of the dark edit suites – into a ….dark studio!
